All registrations must be fully paid prior to the start of the workshop to guarantee access and all remaining registration fee conditions.

Workshop Cancelation Policy

Cancelations and refunds must be requested by e-mail to the workshop Secretariat. Refund conditions for registrations already paid in full are:
• Registrations cancelled until April 11^th, 2024, will be refunded 70% of the registration fee
• Registrations cancelled from April 12^th, 2024, onwards will not be eligible for a refund

Insurance and Liability

The registration fee does not include personal or property insurance and the SPI 2024 Organization will not assume any responsibility for injury or damage to person or property throughout the duration of the workshop. Participants are therefore advised to make their own insurance arrangements as pleased (e.g., travel, valuable items, medical assistance, etc.) before traveling to the workshop venue. If the workshop is postponed or cancelled in its whole due to force majeure events, or due to events not imputable to wrongful intent or gross negligence from the SPI 2024 Organization, the participants cannot hold the Organization liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as (but not limited to) travel and accommodation costs or other indirect losses and consequential damages.
